Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use DateSolved. By using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
- For a one-time fee you receive one date plan, created from your answers.
- This is digital content. There is no subscription. The payment is one-time and does not recur.
- The price is shown before payment and includes applicable taxes.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
- The content is unlocked immediately after payment.
- By agreeing to immediate delivery, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, as provided under EU consumer law.
- If something failed technically, email labas@datesolved.lt and we'll sort it out individually.
Nature of the content
- Each plan is generated individually, so we cannot guarantee specific content or activities.
- A plan is a suggestion, not an instruction. What you actually do remains your decision.
- We do not recommend specific venues and do not check opening hours or availability.
Responsibility and safety
- The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
- Don't do anything that feels unsafe, illegal or uncomfortable. Any step can be skipped.
- We are not liable for harm arising from independently choosing to carry out an activity.
